The new policy includes three major changes to SMART:
- When the scholarship funds may be used
- The authorized use of the funds
- How the funds are paid

New SMART Program Manual
The new
SMART Program Manual, effective August 1, 2006, is now available.
The new manual supersedes any previous SMART manual you may
have. Organizations need to change over to the new forms contained in the
manual by July 31, 2007. Any outdated forms received after that date will be
sent back to the organization that submitted them. The new manual also contains procedures to
process scholarships online.

Login at right to access your account, or, place your mouse over the menus at the top to access SMART program information.
What’s Here for You
Organizations, by logging into your account, you can view/update your account information, view statements, assign funds to scholarships and submit your scholarship lists.
Scholarship Winners, by logging into your account, you can view your scholarship balance and activity, request scholarship fund disbursements, and update your address if it changes.

By moving your mouse over the menu options at the top of the page, you will find tools and information such as:
- the SMART Program Manual and forms

- USBC national scholarships, colleges offering bowling scholarships and youth scholarship opportunities by location.
